      Pros

      Bancroft has so much to offer their employees. There are many opportunities for growth within the organization as well as continuing education. Bancroft also provides and excellent benefits package. There are many different programs within Bancroft to suit your need of employment, from education, to community, to human resources etc...

      Cons

      The pay could be better but with free education and great benefits it does balance out.
