Helping people, the experience if you’re in school for the social/psychology field.

Cons

Company doesn’t entirely care for its employees like they should. Before applying I read the reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt, the reviews weren’t lying. We also deserve a higher pay, 4 years and it still feels like I’m not making enough. Not enough to live, not enough for everything we do. Some managers/higher ups will lie to cover themselves. They don’t help either. Overall have come across only a few that actually go by the book.

As a human services provider, Bancroft and its employees have a responsibility to protect the health and well-being of the vulnerable individuals we support, many of whom have complex medical needs as well as the health and safety of our staff who care for these individuals. It is our top priority as an organization. We, like many healthcare systems and human services organizations, require the flu shot for all employees in accordance with CDC recommendations, because it is the proven, most effective way to prevent the spread of the flu -- more important than ever this year, in the face of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Cons

unethical, group home facilities are unsanitary, false promises. No training at all, no support from management. beware of false promises you see on their website regarding "tuition reimbursement"
