      Co-workers are not kind. Finger pointing and blame. Overwhelming lack of problem solving and teamwork. Meetings all day.

      Products are interesting, and people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Processes are not efficient or effective. Many employees who come up through the company are not given the proper training to effectively perform functions needed for the success of the organization.

      Stable company that makes money despite continous management misteps. Employees work hard.

      Cons

      Fear culture. Top down leadership style. Little to no training. Upper management relies on old techniques and does not embrace technology. Departments are devise due to lack of leadership. Want to continously increase sales with no investment in technology or people.
