      Too many senior management changes. There was a "brain drain" , loss of expertise every time there was a management change.

      Pros

      The benefits and longevity of the company is worth a look. If you have thick skin and keep your head down you may do alright. If you feel like participating in the good ole boy mentality you will succeed there. the best part is that a lot of the current customers were there for years and choose to still us them as a supplier. the corporation over BI is a shining start and has promise if you wish to climb a corporate ladder.

      Cons

      there has been 3 presidents in the last 7 years or less. the senior staff changes more often than the presidents of the US. They state they care about their employees but if you don't tick the good ole boy mentality you're pushed to the brink of breaking. they state they care about their workers and honor the open two way communications but don't really listen to what is being said. Its sad that the company is still riding on the backs of the people who built the business from 10 and 20 years ago.
