      Pros

      -Newer Management: Room to be a part of the culture change they are trying to implement -Friendly people and teams for the most part -Opportunities for meaningful projects on all levels of the business -Team building, monthly birthday celebrations, community volunteering events available.

      Cons

      -Heritage manufacturing process and procedures -Can be stressful due to running "lean". Room to accomplish a lot if that's what your looking for.

      Pros

      Good benefits, some good people, that's it. Nothing good about this company

      Cons

      Bad culture, toxic work environment, discrimination, fingerpointing, no transparency, lack of team work. Lots of employes are frustrated leading to a very high turnover rate. The new president (Overstreet) enables this type of environment and has surrounded herself with yes men.

      Pros

      Gained a few good work relationships, but really there isn't anything good to say.

      Cons

      It is a top down, do as I say culture. You have to be comfortable being told what to do and taking all the blame when it fails. From this, there is an extreme lack of teamwork and a total blame everyone else reaction from the employees. You have to be comfortable in this type of environment otherwise you will be miserable. Not the way to spend your week.
