      Pros

      Stable company that makes money despite continous management misteps. Employees work hard.

      Cons

      Fear culture. Top down leadership style. Little to no training. Upper management relies on old techniques and does not embrace technology. Departments are devise due to lack of leadership. Want to continously increase sales with no investment in technology or people.

      + Decent benefit package due to IDEX corporate ownership + Workers within the manufacturing unit are friendly + Lower level employees are helpful for training

      Cons

      - Large-scale layoffs due to corporate ownership - Senior level management 100% focused on the manufacturing side of business and cutting costs - Located in a horrible section of Denver/Commerce City - Forced to work extra hours on a daily basis without the need, without the ability to let HR be aware of this practice
