      Pros

      The people who work here are really good, and driven to make the best product possible. Really enjoyed my coworkers and schedule flexibility as well as the opportunity to learn about machine design.

      Cons

      Repetitive, very corporate, cost is king.

      Products are interesting, and people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Processes are not efficient or effective. Many employees who come up through the company are not given the proper training to effectively perform functions needed for the success of the organization.
