We have an incredible team of people always going above and beyond to provide support for each other, and our clients. I absolutely love working for a company that really empowers their employees.

Cons

Banner does seem to run their branches a little lean on staffing.

Lots of products, although lack of understanding of each by manager

Cons

Manager favorites, will make any performance seem like not enough, local manager has major communication issues. Makes promises to employees and clients that they are just fine with not keeping. Management is totally fine trash talking about employees to others in the industry and abusing power. Management could care less about employees other than numbers. Underwriting has zero regard for closing time frames. Zero training.
