Pros

Steady paycheck, with somewhat competitive pay. Some of the teams are great to work with. Great health benefits and paid leave.

Cons

Growing pains caused by doubling in size in 2016, and major system conversions have left things fairly chaotic. Priorities change constantly, so it's hard to finish anything. No career path or option for advancement. Some teams are toxic.

Pros

It's smaller and less bureaucratic thank national banks, which makes more local empowerment. The leadership is good and work colleagues were generally great.

Cons

Still plenty of bureaucracy, and advancement up the ladder is not easy. Salary increases are not substantial, and the bank prefers to hire from the outside to fill new openings.
