Pros
Good benefits, holidays off, bankers hours, good people to work with, hood customers.
Cons
On going training is not offered to all employees, job advancement oportunities are very limited or non existent for most employees, seniority doesn't matter, established employees can be demoted or replaced by employees coming on board from mergers, company has a tendency to overlook qualified candidates from existing employees and hire outside the company candidates that have no prior banking experience. Pay is sub par for many job positons. Work is not evenly disributed among staff, many employees over loaded with work while others have little to no work.
