      Pros

      Realistic expectations, No harsh sales pressure to our clients and no Saturdays!! It is refreshing to know that there is still a bank that embraces a good work/life balance. Did I mention....no Saturdays?

      Cons

      None that I am aware of at this point. More advertising might be a good idea. The community in California are not yet familiar with the Bank. They need to know who we are and what we offer.

      Pros

      Rated #1 Regional Bank by Bankrate for a reason! Great bank with excellent products & services, great employee benefits, awesome people in all departments! Terrific culture!

      Cons

      Lower pay for managers than most competitors. Quarterly incentive structure for branch managers needs a make over, unless you think getting a couple hundred bucks every three months makes up for a lower base pay. Annual incentive plan is decent but should also get a bump.
