Retail leadership has good intentions. Product base is great. Good values and vision for banks direction. Management wants to do thier best. Great compensation for hard work in front line jobs.

Cons

Priorities change constantly, no time to improve or master anything before new tasks. Annual pay for management is greatly varied without reason and often managers are not compensated fairly if they are not good at negotiating when hired.
