Employees are nice, that's about it.

Cons

Management could care less about their employees. They're verbally abusive and take advantage of their salaried employees by requiring them to work 12 days straight 12 hour days during periods of time when system updates are being implemented. Employees are extremely unhappy and taken for granted.
