Pros

The company offers excellent benefits which contribute to the overall appeal of the job. However, what truly stands out in my experience are the skilled and dedicated Operators with whom I have had the pleasure of working. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality have been a highlight of my job, and I have found great satisfaction in collaborating with such a talented team.

Cons

Management often emphasizes the need for increased productivity, but may not fully appreciate the time required for tasks. Operators are frequently rotated across different production lines, sometimes before they have a chance to fully acclimate to the nuances of a specific line and understand its functioning.

Pros

You get to listen to headphones and there are generally half days on Fridays. If none of the supervisors decide to target you because they don't like you you can pretty much stay to yourself and you might even like your job

Believe the reviews on here that say the supervisors act like mean girls and target people they don't like to get them fired. When I started the supervisor who first trained me acted nice to me and unbeknownst to me told a manager that I had complained about other employees (that I had never even seen or met yet). The manager then very harshly reprimanded them and as a result those employees hated me without me before I even met anyone I'd be working with. This kind of behavior is commonplace and happens far too often to be unintentional. I often observed this same supervisor gossiping about employees with other supervisors in the hallways. When they decide they don't like someone they target them. They record when you go to the bathroom, follow you when you have to go away from your work station to use different equipment, hide and watch you to try to catch you talking to anyone or touching your phone, or any other excuse they have to fire you. They have an extremely high turnover rate, probably for this reason. They are always hiring. When they fire people (happens every day) they walk them out in front of everyone. My manager routinely said downright rude things and disrespectful things to employees and shared inappropriate information about employees with supervisors. A coworker called in once and he misheard her and thought she said she was having bathroom issues. It sounds funny, sure, but when she got to work she found that he had told multiple people. Doesn't seem appropriate to share stuff like that. I quit, and even though I was targeted and treated disrespectfully when I worked there I applied again. My interview was the most unprofessional and insulting thing I've ever experienced at a job. I later googled whether it was even legal for him to ask me one of the rude questions he asked me and it wasn't. If you think it's just because I was a bad employee, read the other negative reviews. It's like high school. I have specific examples of supervisors downright mean to me and others, but I don't want to make it obvious it's me writing this. A woman I worked with got stuck in a blizzard on the side of the road during a no travel advisory because she didn't have sick time so was still expected to travel to work in unsafe conditions. A supervisor was fired for sexual harassment. There are double standards for different employees, and politics plays a huge role. They lead morning stretches every morning, which sounds great, until you find out that they were directing everyone to stretch their wrists in such a way that exacerbates development of carpal tunnel (a condition which this job already gives you if you work in most departments.) Supervisors start rumors about employees and management joins in on bashing them behind their backs. My manager for one acted downright vindictive to me and others at times.

Decline of Culture

Cool products and great peers.

Cons

Management team and culture is in a fast decline. Good talent is leaving. Poor environment for women as they are being removed from all executive, management, and decision making roles. Strategy changes by the week. Extreme amount of micro management.
