They have a enthusiastic CEO, Rest the whole branch is boring,no social gathering. HR doesnt work or she is in her world,arrange some meeting. They have proper salary date.

Cons

1-No gathering (No social gathering ,no office friends) 2-They only need orders,no respect for the employees. 3-Arrange some motivation speeches ,to encourage the employees. 4-Improve quality of work.
