Pros

Banner offers a great work/life balance and competitive benefits. Bob Fayfield has very strong values and is well-respected; he truly cares about the employees and the community. Banner is a global/growing company with a well-respected brand. Employees are encouraged to be innovative and showcase talents, with an excellent line of sight to impact business improvements and results (little "red tape".) Many long-term employees and fun culture.

Pros

I am a current employee of Banner and I have been very satisfied with my experience. Banner offers great work/life balance and opportunities to grow your career if you are open to them. I have found the leadership team to be very open to new ideas and approaches. Previously in my career I worked in very large Fortune 100 companies. I have found that working for a smaller, private company affords the opportunity to be more agile and responsive to challenges in the marketplace; it also allows you to see the direct impact of your work.

Cons

Banner is privately held so the financials of the organization are not very transparent. This can be difficult for those that are used to working for a publicly traded company.
