Boys club for management.

Pros

Great products, lower level management is fair and will fight for you to the boys club, well some will. Good benefits.

Cons

If you have an idea and you pitch it to upper management, good idea or not, it's only good if it comes from them and three months later it will. The human resource department is a joke, lack of privacy, judge you, and don't work for you. The harder you work the more you are taken advantage of.

Good work/life balance. Generous benefits. Good access to decision makers which enables you to be more nimble Open to training and development.

Cons

Limited opportunities. Functions like a small company. All decisions need to be reviewed by an officer. Immature polices and procedures. Little turnover in management which equals little change.
