Banner has great benefits that increase the longer you work for them. As a result many employees have been with Banner 20+ years and carry great knowledge.

Cons

The job quality seems to really depend upon which department you are in. Training is also lacking which is fine if you like a more learn as you do approach.

Pros

Great people to work with. Its small company atmosphere is conducive to getting things done easily. It's a growing company and management is generally willing to provide opportunities to top performers.

Cons

Its competitiveness in the market has lost its edge over the years. It got involved with too many different technologies that are not be vital to its core. It is difficult to see what the long term vision is when it comes to technology development. Change happens very slowly in this area.
