Managerial communication is just bonkers and you have to explain the same thing 18 different times to 18 different people, it’s like the memos from office space

There is opportunity to learn about the industry and electronics manufacturing.

Cons

The upper management of the company does not care about people. There is an unrealistic timeline associated with the closing and moving of other facilities. Employees have to rely on their own talent as there is no time to develop people. Departments are not cohesive and are quick to throw another under the bus.
