I had such high hopes for this company when I started as many people in the organization worked there for many years. This is typically a good sign. To start, the only glaring problem was the word diversity being considered taboo. A few of us tried to change this culture, but to no avail. I saw someone pushed out of the organization for advocating for what is right. A current employee left a scathing review on Glassdoor and Indeed calling out racism, discrimination, and homophobia. The company figured out who left the review and instructed them to remove it rather than addressing the concerns. I learned several individuals higher up in the company do not like members of the LGBTQ+ community, and a few even believe that gay people shouldn't be allowed to get married. I brought up these concerns in my exit interview, and the response was there was no time to deal with such things. In addition to the above, there were several rounds of layoffs with questionable methods for selecting who would be impacted. This paired with being short staffed aided in my departure. I can honestly say this company doesn't care about your well-being. If you can't help them make money, they will chew you up and spit you out and then forget about you.
