Pros

The people you will react with on a daily basis, you will remember the rest of your life. Some of the doctors and nurses are great to work for

Cons

Cut throat, everyone is out to get everyone else in trouble for their own gain. If you take a job with this company...don't trust anyone. As soon as you think they are on your side, you will be wiped out before you ever know it. They set expectations that are not possible. Do not care about the patients, only care if they pay them. Baptist One Care is a complete joke and has slowed every doctor down at least 40%. They will never return to full capacity. Upper management do not listen to the patients, doctors, or employees. They are told what to do from corporate and WILL NOT stray from the path, for fear of their own termination.

Great company and pretty decent benefits....wonderful team to work with

I don't think they really listen to the employee satisfaction survey. They always give the managers something to work on when their area scores low but we really don't see a big difference afterwards if anything

Pros

Baptist has great benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance that is very cost effective, and they are up to date when it comes to technology.

Cons

In my department it was VERY difficult to take any time off without having to make it up. Morale was very poor in my department as well because it seemed as though you wouldn't find out about new policies until you had violated them.
