The management is not trained properly, they play into favoritism, and do not follow state and federal protocol for all safety procedures.

Lazy directors, don’t follow safety measures, staff on phones always and ignoring individuals, people getting criminal records and smoking weed on the jobs, individuals are talked down to and only when survey is coming up do they follow the rules
