Pros

The mission is great, helping individuals live their best lives. There are pockets of great leaders and people. The majority of staff work hard and do their best to serve the clients as best they can, but it is a hard job in a lot of cases.

Cons

The demands on direct care workers are tough and some of the middle managers arent the best or trained very well. The training throughout needs to be revamped.

Great job

Pros

Really supportive, understanding and laid back supervisors who want to see you succeed and do well. Offer weekly supervisions and 1:1 monthly. Encourage healthy work/personal life balance. Productivity obligations are reasonable

Cons

Sometimes with having to coordinate and work with communities/schools for position, there is push back and barriers. Supervisors will take your side if issues arise.
