Everyone shares the same mission and cares about the community they’re serving, so everyone tends to respect one another and treat each other well.

Cons

It’s a large company, and with that comes a lot of egos. They also started implementing a lot of strange rules on the staff towards the end of my tenure there. It was obvious that middle management have some delusional perspectives on how to lead people. Hope they figure it out.

The clients are absolutely amazing! Do not punch out for lunches.

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations, are demeaning, condescending, and flat out mean. If you try to stand up for yourself you are reprimanded.
