The children are amazing and deserve better.

Cons

Lack of respect for staff unless you're one of the ones who have been there as long as the director. Retaliation, disrespect, talks to you like you're children, no type of thank you other than notes left on doors or potlucks where you bring the food and they serve leftover lunch food from the kids lunch.
