Short staffed, Upper management, work pushed onto others

Upper Management is awful and unsupportive. Lack of transparency and and follow through. Meetings about meetings to recap meetings where in the end nothing is ever seen to fruition. Everywhere is understaffed and they are constantly eliminating positions and adding those work loads to current lower level employees with no increase in benefits or pay despite ever increasing employees job duties and responsibilities. Meanwhile the gapping disconnect between high level management and the rest of the agency continues to grow larger. How are people being promoted and new positions being created while middle managers and direct care staff are filling the void for multiple vacancies for months and are sitting grossly undervalued and uncompensated.
