Great place to work with a lot of opportunities. You have opportunity to interact with a lot of internal and external experts in High Performance Computing, Supercomputing, Transactional Memory, Concurrent Systems, Computer Architecture, Simulators and Modeling... Also, BSC is Spanish center of excellence and received the Severo Ochoa prize. I would highly recommend it as a work place.

Cons

Salaries are higher in Switzerland and US.
