This company rewards severe mediocrity and punishes innovation. They are incredibly disorganised for such a large company. They couldn’t figure out how to pay their employees on time for the first six months of my employment. They didn’t bother to inform any new grads about who they would report to or even give them an orientation. They never want to make anything better or more efficient and most of the work anyone does here is utterly useless. Anyone with the drive to learn new skills and advance in their career will quickly get bored. This is the kind of place to work at if you are a lot older and just want to collect a pay check and have stability. Lastly, the amount of incompetence they accept here is appalling. Employees are just at work for the sake of collecting their salaries. Anyone that even bothers to try and reduce incompetence in a very polite manner is then reprimanded for ‘pointing fingers’. It’s a ridiculous place to work. If you want to do well in your career and have transferable skills, don’t work here. The pay is also far below the market average
