- You can improve language - You can meet people from many different countries - You can change things (Never loosing attitude needed :-)) - You can learn a lot from collegues

Cons

- You have to be very proactive to build respect - You have to literally reinvent a wheel (Many things are not documented) - You have to handle Corporate mentality and get many, many approvals if you want to change something (But it's definitely possible with Hard work.)

Hub of politicians Racial environment Mid management in India i.e. BTCI is very political. Your efforts and cost-saving ideas will be taken from you and you will not get any appreciation for it. whereas if, Project goes wrong management will blame you. You will consistently get job threats from your manager so please don't bother about it. Join this company but don't stay for long otherwise, you will lose all your motivation
