      They have the AML department in Wilmington in a training room working on top of each other like animals even though there are spaces available with desk for then, but the upper management said its not a priority however the employees are truly not happy with this set up!!

      -Work you to the bone with little to no upside and no clarity as to how they view your performance until 2 years in -Very political environment that is not necessarily based on how hard you work

      Thanks for taking the time to post your views. It is really disappointing to read about your experience with us, clearly not what we want to hear. We have a performance management system that enables both colleagues and managers to provide feedback and gain insight into their strengths and development areas. I am not sure why you did not have access to this for 2 years as that will not deliver the positive and engaging environment that we need for success. I wish you every success in your future career and please don't write us off for future career moves, we can be great to work for as many other reviews show.
