-A wall of personnel photos implying gratitude to the younger sect which is a method of implying gratitude to make people falsely feel important. -Employee owned with stocks-dividends are more important than diversification of work types. -Lying to staff about available work and upcoming work to keep them from looking elsewhere which is actually quite cruel. -Industrial facility architecture and a side hobby of health care limited diversification always leads to cyclical downsizing-Zero security in this company because facility/industrial architecture is extremely cyclical. -These generous ratings are all from the younger crowd that are being falsely misled with platitudes, once seasoned these stars will start dropping. -This company cares in all fairness and truth about the stock dividends ..that's all.
