Friendly staff, tons of free food, employee owned, good (but expensive) benefits

Cons

Management needs to improve communication with individual associates. The lack in standardization is appalling especially for a firm this size. Severe lack of diversity, with no notable desire to improve.

Pros

Free food and employees is friendly. Growing fast so If you needa job it is a pretty solid firm to apply at. Some can work remote which is nice.

Cons

Used to be a good company. has made some toxic hires at high level and is not treating people the same. Tons and tons of managers. Not efficient but the investing seems to be in more managers instead. Workers pushed hard to do extra work without overtime and without supports. Not much opportunity for promotions unless you come in at VP level.
