Pros

Literally. 92% of employees anonymously voted Barge as a Great Place to Work in 2023. Benefits have and continue to improve. Most recently, additional PTO accrual, paternity leave, and 401k match opportunities, including student loan match, were added to the benefits package. Leadership listens. Many of the recent benefit changes were made following leadership’s polling and meeting with employees.

Pros

The people at Barge are the biggest Pro, from top to bottom. They practice what they preach, treat their clients with respect, and know their practice. The benefits and flexibility line up with employee's needs, and constructive criticism is encouraged. I continue to be involved with rewarding and significant projects, and we are truly the consultant of choice when it matters most.

This ownership structure promotes feeling like "you own it here" in terms of access to leadership and business information. Our core values drive our culture, which attracts the kind of people you want to work and grow with in your career.

Cons

We're a growing firm with great name recognition in the geographies we've been working in. As we expand into new locations we're working hard to build awareness among clients and prospective employees.
