Cons

There are no downsides working at Barge, only growth opportunities that are normal with growing organizations.

Pros

Management is good. They trust there employees to do the work without micro managing. Gives you freedom and flexibility.

Cons

You don't get to take home a company vehicle and you don't have a company credit card. You have to use own money for certain things and do a reimbursement.

I would say overall salary and benefits are fair for the industry, I would say that it is good but not exceptional.
