Traffic in Nashville during peak rush hour but better since moving to the new building

Pros

I love the people and working on projects that matter in our community. This place has a positive energy like I have never seen anywhere before. It is really cool place to work and I feel like I matter here.

Cons

I struggle to find any real downsides to working here. The firm is always taking opportunities to make us better. Recently they made changes to our 401k match and our vacation time to improve those.

This company really cares about its employees. We get taken care of so we can then take care of our clients. We are making a difference in our communities and get to work on really cool projects.

Cons

The company is working on increasing PTO and 401K match. They truly listened to our feedback in our employee survey.
