Pros

BWSC is a great company to work for. Our CEO Bob Higgins is the best one that we have had. He’s always trying tp better things for the employees and is a caring man who is down to earth and very approachable.

Cons

About the only con that I have is the Downtown location, although since we moved to our new Corporate Headquarters we don’t have to fight the downtown gridlock like before.

Excellent co workers. Highly reputable, and well known. Office is located right next to Big Spring Park in downtown Huntsville. Covered parking in a garage downtown. BWSC is employee owned. Management really looks out for you to achieve your career goals. Ability to work and move around different business units. Living the Dream!

Cons

Work comes in spirts, one minute there's not a whole lot going on. The next you have a lot on your plate. It's just the nature of the industry.
