I have been with BWSC for many years and grown with the company. The company is based on ethics and client service. We all strive to do the best for our clients and the communities in which we work. The company cares about its employees and our clients. This is a great place to work!

Cons

There can be many demands on your time and it is important to keep a good work/life balance in this line of work.

Great people who actually care about me I actually have fun at work Excellent package of benefits Competitive Salary Flexible Work Schedule Clear plan for continued growth and development Excellent community to work, live, play.

Cons

Staff can become highly specialized and may not be as well rounded as if they worked in a small company. However this is common in mid to large companies.

BWSC is a firm that still operates much like a family business with the employee experience and culture being a priority. The company is employee owned and is in a strong financial position which thwarts the anxiety of being bought by a larger corporate entity, which has become more common-place in today's market.

Cons

The company is still working to repair its reputation in a few markets/geographies due to poor legacy leadership and projects. However, that does not seem to be an impediment to growth.
