People are great. You feel like you are in the family. The company cares about diversity and inclusion. The coaching always continue for your career path

Cons

Communication between departments are weak. Nobody exactly knows in details who does the process. There is no enough evaluation system for everybody to evalate each other

No cons really, the company itself is great but everything important is handle in Italy so France might not be the best place to be to work at Barilla
