Pros

Great company with very strong values coming form the shareholders and its heritage Very strong brands and products, above all in Italy Gaining momentum outside Italy, especially in Europe Good work-life balance policies: smart working (i.e. working from home), health benefits

Cons

Still too "Italy-centric", albeit things are changing Too small to tackle big emerging markets Some "taboo" problems, i.e. "we can't do this since we tried 10 years ago and failed" Needs to grow in order to being able to attract and retains talents and to allow space for people who want to grow Needs to become more digital oriented

Pros

- Very nice and open colleagues - Own ideas are heard and if they are convincing you can implement them - International environment - A lot of employee benefits (lunch, discount on own products, company doctor, health measures, pension, ...)

Cons

- Quite high workload, but of course it is up to oneself how much time you really invest and how much you focus and prioritize
