      Great company but the staffing side needs a lot more of the CEO attention!

      Peers are hardworking, dedicated, subject matter experts. Branches are run like businesses. Lots of talented, hardworking individuals.

      Cons

      Very long hours, IT and IT support from corporate is improving but still not first rate.
