Decent base and bonus structure.

Cons

Where to start? Unethical, bullying, backstabbing, hostile. If you have any talent, RUN. Lying and cheating are not only acceptable, but are the norm. Antiquated systems, attitude. Stunning turnover. For a company claiming to be a consulting firm in HR and business advocacy, it needs to take a good dose of its own medicine. Sadly it does not have its own medicine. There are some great folks in the organization, truly great. They don't last long.

Some autonomy with professional work. Some good and very smart coworkers. Interesting work with diverse clients. Some good people in corporate office. Technology is sub standard

Cons

Among the most backstabbing places I’ve ever worked. Branch offices play favorites and will resort to lying to purge those they don’t want. One of the most unprofessional work environments I’ve experienced. Petty, behind the back talk it feels like high school. Perks are almost non existent. Zero pto for a year. Incredible!!
