Good Benefits, Some Growth Potential, Great Leadership, Awesome Work/Life Balance

Cons

Bonus Structure - Kind of lopsided. Staffing division does not get nearly as much as PEO. Immature Gossip - Some of the office staff can use training or schooling on professionalism, office etiquette, and how to work well with others. Work Space - It's getting crowded in here. Pay - Not competitive, not based on performance or education. I have an MBA but earn less than/equal to counterparts who don't. Turnover

Management staff-senior and mid level are unprofessional and arrogant. No company structure. Care nothing for their employees and female employees are second class citizens.
