      You get the opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Needs to improve management, stressful work environment, three to four people work all departments: collections, marketing, loan processing, bill payments, wire transfers, electricity enrolls, selling bus tickets, scheduling, loan closing. For a near minimum wage.

      Good starter job easy to learn the buisness.

      Very stressful enviorment this company does not value their workers i spent too many years giving my all with false promises just to receive 10-15 cent raises . My coworker and I were verbably and mentally abused daily . We raised our concerns more than once to our manager never did we see her take it to hr . They need better training for managers and supervisors , better benefits and hours . The turnover rate is ridiculous because they simply do not care for the workers . Hr is not helpful and hard to contact.

      I was in in charge of talent acquisition for 4 months and i had to get out of there because of the culture. poor management, unethical practices, lack of integrity. They dont see their mistakes and keep making them over and over. the turnover ratio of the company is over 75%.
