      Company treats all employees as children and micro manages all aspects of task execution. Management takes little time to understand work of employees and adapting policies to task and work.

      Pros

      The work is challenging, and it allows me to support ISS projects at NASA. The teams have been very welcoming and supportive. I like that this company actually practices an open door policy. Always able to speak to management. Also, work schedule flexibility.
