Pros

Overall, this is a well led company with a great technical staff. Direction and trends are well, but not perfectly, managed.

Cons

There are limited opportunities for promotion since few people ever leave government jobs. As a result, the innovation gets stale and new ideas are not accepted, perhaps seen as upsetting the status quo.

Company culture is very good.

Cons

Like many other NASA contractors, your longevity highly depends on the awarding of NASA Contracts and other contractors. You may keep the job, but may be with a different company when/if contract expires.
