      Pros

      This company is very family orientated and contributes a lot to the community. They also provide a lot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Health insurance is not that great and you only get a maximum of 3% increase. It is also very difficult to get a fair salary increase when transferring to other departments that a substantial increase should be given.

      Pros

      Small company values and feel. Enjoyable family-friendly events are scheduled periodically through out the year. Really does have the best interest of the employees in mind.

      Cons

      Primarily focused on NASA JSC, meaning when NASA's budget goes down, the company will eventually feel the pinch as well. The company does the best it can to minimize the impact to the employees.
