You hardly get recognized for your hard work. I don't expect a reward for doing my job, but just a simple phrase of, "You're awesome! Good job for handling that" would be nice, just to know I'm appreciated.
Inequality between employees. All the moms in the office get to work either a few days or full time at home. When I had my kiddo, I was denied to work from home 1 day, even though I could do my entire job from home. Don't approve it for other employees and reject for one.
Company has health benefits, but they're not that great.
Not a lot of room for advancement within the company, but you're eligible for a raise every year.
