      Pros

      Very clean and pleasant establishment. Premium grocery store. Most of the customers are grateful for the cashier's role. At this particular location (North Peoria/Sun City), there were a lot of elderly folk so most weren't in a hurry and were very forgiving of mistakes or glitches in the system. Good mix of young and old employees. Answering the phones while cashiering was very enjoyable, as I was able to also use the intercom on a number of occasions. Regular customers were very happy to see their cashiers again and again. Dependable coworkers who work together in a system and can help each other with produce codes.

      Cons

      Some of the employees are very unfriendly. Management has a tendency to play favorites. You have to make sure that your communication with your managers is 100% up to par, otherwise you will get chewed out. Did not have a full-time position when I applied. Unlike other locations, does not sell sushi or have any built-in food restaurants
