Most departments don’t communicate with others so it feels like a disjointed operation. Makes you worry how long operations can continue the way they are.

Promote from within and if you have a good mentor you can go far.

Cons

Pay is at the low end of the industry. Lacks any sort of provision in payroll at the store level so most all new employees and promotions are left to learn for themselves.
