-Work is fairly simple. -Pay scale is based on time with the company, and thus mostly fair. -Bakery is a fairly slow department. -Company policy makes termination rare.

Cons

-Working hours are slim and getting slimmer. -Management is disconnected from day-to-day happenings at the store level. -Turnover is high. -Many pieces of equipment are either unused or semi-functional. -Upper management is quick to cast blame at the store level for regional issues. -Company policy makes termination rare.
